Civilization-Layer Docs

Not a typical project manual — a verifiable coordination civilization: Participation → Reputation → Identity → Coordination.

Overview

One-line definition

WAOC is a civilization-layer coordination system: it restores trust, organizes collaboration, and accumulates identity through verifiable information and contribution proofs.

Core formula
Participation → Reputation → Identity → Coordination
What you do
Complete verifiable missions
Start from One Mission
What you get
Reputation & identity
Long-term compounding
What the system seeks
Clean growth
Anti-scam, anti-noise

Civilization Principles

Non-negotiable constraints
Principle 1: Verify first
Before any action, verify official links and contracts. Same-name links are untrusted by default.
Principle 2: Verifiable contribution
Contribution is not a slogan — it is deliverable, recordable, and traceable.
Principle 3: Identity compounds over time
Short-term hype isn’t the goal. Identity and trust are the long-term capital for coordination.

Constitution (Short)

Behavior standards & boundaries

We encourage:

  • Participation and sharing grounded in verification
  • Small, shippable contributions
  • Public notes, post-mortems, and collaboration

We reject:

  • Impersonation, phishing, DM scams
  • Pure noise and airdrop-hunter behavior
  • Coordination sabotage driven solely by short-term price

Identity & Reputation

Where identity comes from

Identity is not self-claimed — it is accumulated from contribution proofs. The more stable and verifiable your missions, the stronger your reputation.

How the system remembers you
Not by what you say — by what you ship. Start building your track record in One Mission.

Participation Path

Shortest repeatable path
  1. Verify official links and contracts in the Verification Center. Open Verify
  2. Use Connect as the hub to enter missions / field / community. Open Connect
  3. Complete a mission and leave a verifiable record (repeat weekly).
  4. Bring results back to the community: align, review, coordinate.

Security & Verify

Default to distrust
Three hard rules
  • Trust only links on Verify page
  • Never share seed phrases / private keys
  • Never send funds to a “support wallet”

All entry points, contracts, and community links are trusted only when they match the Verification Center.

Roadmap

Now → long-term
  • Phase 1: Unify official entry (Verify/Connect/Docs) and align One Mission signals.
  • Phase 2: Standardize contribution: templates, mission taxonomy, reusable playbooks.
  • Phase 3: Move identity/proofs on-chain progressively: stronger verifiable reputation graph.
The single most important thing you can do now
Complete one real mission, then bring the result back as a reusable template for others.
